AUPE reviewing options with respect to AMHB employees’ arbitration
decision
EDMONTON — The Alberta Union of Provincial Employees is now in
receipt of an arbitration decision concerning severance payments to
Alberta Mental Health Board employees, in accordance with Letter of
Understanding #4.
The arbitrator, David Jones, has denied the grievances brought forth
by AUPE.
The union is currently reviewing the decision and the possible option
of appealing the ruling.
