Votes for www.aupe.org as Labour Website of the Year must be in by Jan. 15

EDMONTON — Only a few days remain for users of AUPE’s Website for vote for www.aupe.org as the LabourStart Website of the Year 2004.

The deadline for votes is Jan. 15, 2005. Votes will be tabulated and a winner announced on Jan. 16.

Each year the LabourStart online news service — found at www.labourstart.org — sponsors a Labour Website of the Year contest.

Staff at www.aupe.org would be grateful if our site’s regular users would vote for AUPE’s Website.

LabourStart reports that 127 union Websites have been nominated — including sites in Canada, Australia, Germany, Haiti, India, Iraq, Nepal, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, South Africa, the U.K., Zimbabwe and the United States.
