AUPE’s new Red Deer Office to hold Open House on May 5th
RED DEER – The Alberta Union of Provincial Employees will officially
open its new Central Alberta Regional Office with an open house on Wednesday,
May 5, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Hosted by the Red Deer and Area Council, AUPE members and media are
encouraged to visit the new Red Deer office. Refreshments will be served.
AUPE Executive Committee members including union President Dan MacLennan
will be on hand.
“We’ve brought another Member Services Officer on board
to assist the union’s growing membership throughout the Central
Alberta Region,” said MacLennan.
“It’s an exciting time for AUPE, and our new Red Deer office
demonstrates an increased commitment to the members of this region.”
AUPE’s new Red Deer office is located on the ground floor of the
Thorn Court Building at 4719 - 48 Ave.
