AUPE President Dan MacLennan available for media interviews on new legislation

EDMONTON – Dan MacLennan, President of the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees, will be available this afternoon for interviews on Bill 27, legislation introduced by the Alberta government today that would ban strikes by more health care employees and reduce the number of bargaining units in the health sector.

MacLennan will be at the Alberta Legislature at approximately 3:15 p.m. where he can be interviewed in person. Media not able to go to the Legislature are welcome to contact MacLennan on his cellular phone – 780-910-8392.
