SOSH City Hall Rally
Around 300 people rallied at Red Deer City Hall Park in support of Valley Park Manor and Red Deer Nursing Home on the afternoon of Aug. 10. The provincial government plans to close the two facilities, moving all residents into the new Extendicare Michner Hill facility, which will only provide four additional long-term care beds to the area.
