Local 049/001 information picket
AUPE members participated in an information picket held June 20 at the Capital Care Group’s Dickinsfield continuing-care facility on Edmonton’s north end. Members from a variety of AUPE Locals, including Local 047/022, came out to show their support for Local 049/001 members. Information pickets have been held at several Capital Care Group facilities over the past few weeks, as productive negotiations with the employer have come to a halt.
