Grande Prairie information picket
A boisterous group of more than 400 AUPE members and their supporters sent Peace Country Health Region officials a strong message during an information picket held here Thursday. That message: Show respect for your employees and negotiate a fair deal. AUPE President Dan MacLennan was in Grande Prairie for the event. Members took the opportunity to meet Health Minister Iris Evans, who was visiting the hospital at the same time as the information picket was going on.
