Credentials and Registration
Credential forms will be sent, in triplicate, to Local Chairs at the end of July for the 2013 AUPE Convention. If additional credentials are required and the component concerned is entitled to them, they will be provided by the President of the Union on request. For proper registration, the Delegate copy of the Credential (white) must be presented by the delegate to the Convention Credentials Committee. The Headquarters copy of the credential (blue) must be forwarded to the President of the Union, 10451 – 170 Street, Edmonton, T5P 4S7, to be received no later than Sept. 10, 2012. The component copy of the credential form (yellow) is retained by the Local.
Registration for Convention will take place at the Shaw Conference Centre on Wednesday Oct. 16 and Thursday Oct. 17, 2013. For proper registration at Convention, the white copy of your credential must be presented to the Convention Credentials Committee during registration. Late registration is for those delegates whose credentials are not received by the President’s office before Sept. 10, 2012. Late delegates will receive their package at Convention.
Headquarters will not be accepting delegate changes after Sept. 10, 2012. Delegate changes will only be accepted at Convention during registration.
