This introductory Union Steward course is two days in length. Course participants will gain knowledge in these areas:
- Roles and Responsibilities of Union Stewards
- Knowing your Contract: a Systematic Approach to Contract Interpretation
- What is Discipline
- Investigation and Disciplinary Meetings
Course Requirements:
Must be nominated by your Chapter/Local as a Union Steward, and have taken the Introduction to Your Union course.
