This introductory Union Steward course is two days in length. Course participants will gain knowledge in these areas:

  1. Roles and Responsibilities of Union Stewards
  2. Knowing your Contract: a Systematic Approach to Contract Interpretation
  3. What is Discipline
  4. Investigation and Disciplinary Meetings

Course Requirements:
Must be nominated by your Chapter/Local as a Union Steward, and have taken the Introduction to Your Union course.
